Terms and Conditions

(A) Delivery – Orders whose payments are confirmed before 4.00pm are delivered same day to reach the customer within Nigeria next day.

Here our liability ends once goods are delivered to the customer's courier, whether the choice of carrier/courier was made by us or the customer

. Evidence or proof of delivery shall be the carriers invoice and customers are advised to name their own choice carrier or courier company.

(B) Cancellation of Order/Returns: In-stock items can be cancelled before payment only. Ordered upon request products cannot be cancelled. We accept returns only on items delivered by error and will endeavour to replace same at no extra cost of delivery to the customer.

(C) Product Availability: In-stock items are available as the time of invoicing and can be picked up by the customer or be delivered within 24 hours to destinations within Nigeria. ‘one- month' products are our regular products but are currently out of stock but will be sent to the buyer on arrival before one month or the customer can have full refund without any obligation should we fail to supply due to reasons beyond our control.

Ordered upon Request items are those products not usually carried by us due to paucity of demand. Such products must be fully paid for in advance and maximum waiting period is 2 months after which the customer is entitled to full refund except where such delivery is beyond our control. Nevertheless, the customer can claim full refund if the product can no longer be obtained.

(D) Warrantees/Guarantees: We offer free after purchase assistance in terms of equipment handling, usage, and where to repair without any liability whatsoever.

However, most of our products are from tested manufacturers/Distributors based in the United Kingdom and customers are encouraged to register their purchases on –line for manufacturer's warranty or Guaranty.

Note: Equipment/Systems provided by us or purchased from the company can be sent to us for repairs without liability and at customer's expense.
